Depending on needs and preferences, a typical digital treatment plan includes:
- Access to the digital platform for 12 months, plus an additional 12 months of aftercare
- Education – over 300 learning videos and audio files related to addiction/recovery
- Individual counseling sessions
- Group therapy – online, 1-2 times per week
- Introduction to self-help groups
We refer clients to join AA, NA, CA, and other self-help groups, focusing on forming new relationships in a substance-free environment.
We also offer Family Counseling with a specialization in addiction-related family issues.

Sessions can be held anonymously.
Screening determines the appropriate course of action to ensure a positive match between the user and the method.
Online Sign-Up is the entry point to the platform, welcoming all individuals 18 years and older seeking treatment or advice on addiction treatment.
Users can schedule an introductory conversation with a counselor via the platform. The counselor will then reach out to the user.
Based on the Screening conducted at sign-up, users are referred to the appropriate counselor, who will then initiate contact.
Users may choose to follow the program digitally without a counselor or opt for a personal counselor at any point during the process.
We also offer intensive treatment and counseling programs where users are in daily contact with a counselor while following the digital program on the platform.
